I am an innovator, growth hacker, leader, team builder, software architect and loud-mouth on the design and development of web ventures and startups. I am Head of Engineering at VietnamWorks. I joined VietnamWorks in Oct of 2013 with a one vision to empower innovation. Very soon we achieved Continuous Delivery has been used as a reference model in Dzone 2014 and 2015. We started to use much better technologies and we achieved them one by one. I can proudly say we are one of the most innovative teams in Vietnam that are focusing on: latest technologies to improve our user experience, creativity is our everyday job, implemented Unlimited Annual Leave as first company in Vietnam, and Open API.

How VietnamWorks Works is the presentation of how did we transform our team to a dream team. Also Lean Journey is the timeline tool that represents our journey of Lean and Scrum in VietnamWorks.

I am recently working closely on following startups:

  • Creator and Growth Hacker of TechLooper, an innovative hub for technology lovers
  • Cofounder of Lean Vietnam, consulting firm on innovation coaching, lean startup, UX and NPS.
  • Founder of Lean Startup Vietnam, Lean Startup Vietnam is a group of smart and driven high-tech entrepreneurs that are interested in learning how to discover customers and build products.
